"We bought the Sweetheart Playhouse Christmas of 2003. It has held up well in the Arizona climate and through six children and multiple cousins. One of the best children’s products I’ve ever purchased due to its durability and hours of fun!"
Unfortunately, it didn’t include stickers
"Unfortunately, it didn’t include stickers for the interactive elements (clock, stove, etc) and when we screwed the roof in, it isn’t flush with the house siding. Disappointed in that bc it was super expensive and enormous - so to send it back would have been more of a problem. It’s functional . Also when it arrived the box was beat up with holes in it."

"I searched online for a few weeks, read reviews, and finally decided on this adorable sweetheart Playhouse. I was quite concerned that it would be hard to assemble and/or the large box may be damaged in shipping. It arrived perfectly fine because the materials are very sturdy and it held up to the long distance shipping to Missouri. It wasn’t hard to assemble but the instructions were not precisely detailed. Example, the stickers for inside of the Playhouse are nice quality and labeled ABCD, but there is no indication of exactly where they go. I accidentally placed the phone in the wrong area and didn’t want to ruin the sticker to remove it and place it in the correct area. The other stickers were easy using common sense. I read reviews and laughably, the reviews indicated that the doorbell was the the best feature. It certainly was! My granddaughter rang it over and over and over and over, as did her friends. The phone was also a popular accessory. Word of caution: you need very tiny Phillips screwdrivers to place batteries (not included) in the phone and the doorbell. Other than that, my husband had no trouble assembling. We got the roof on ok but couldn’t figure out where the last few screws went, so left it for my son in law to figure out, who is exceptionally handy. The house is complete & could be played with w/o the last final few screws in place. My granddaughter actually squealed with joy when she saw the house! She shrieked when she closed the door, jumped up & down as she peered out each window and just was ecstatic. It was the perfect gift for her second birthday; her four year year-old brother had a lot of fun with it also. The quality is great, the accessories are fun, the size is is just right, the bright pink against the white house is perfection. In total, it is a really cute cottage style house & it will get a lot of use! We put blankets, pillows, & snacks inside the house, turned out the lights and read books by flashlight as we “camped” in the house. It was a hit!"
