Recommended order cut-off dates to receive your shipment in time for Easter are:
FedEx Standard Shipping - Monday 4/14/25 by 7 a.m. ET
FedEx Next Day Shipping - Wednesday 4/16/25 by 7 a.m. ET
FedEx Next Day Shipping option only applies to shipping within the continental United States.
Last Day for Local Pickup Orders: Thursday 4/17/25 by 7 a.m. ET
“Will My Order Arrive On Time?” is one of the most frequent questions we hear at Step2 as we approach Easter. Let’s face it, this can have a huge impact on whether or not you place that order, because Easter gifts that arrive on Monday just aren’t as much fun.
We recommend that you order as early as possible to ensure product availability and delivery dates! Shipping and delivery times are estimated, and can not be guaranteed. We remain committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
*Due to high volume around holidays, our carrier partners may be experiencing delays. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, including Second business day and Next business day orders.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

LTL Truck/Freight Curbside Delivery:
A representative from the trucking company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please allow 5-14 business days for your order to be delivered curbside once it has shipped.
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
We currently do not offer Step2.com online ordering for HI, AK.
