Great Product / Not so great Instructions
"Overall I am satisfied with this product. I purchased it because im not a big fan of the wood sets that break, splinter, and fade with weather. My son is 2 and we have a newborn daughter and so far my son loves it. Unboxing was super easy everything was already unwrapped and ready to go took maybe 10 mins to lay everything out. But the instructions were much harder than they should have been. Everything was labeled by letter in the instructions but not on the product itself. The hardware was all mixed together, so I recommend sorting it before getting started. It took me a total of about 8 hours to build myself. Which could and should have only been 4 hours, if everything was labeled, the directions were in color, and had words that went with the pictures."

Amazing product
"This product exceeded my expectations, I bought it 12 years ago and I have only changed the roof fabric. I use it my daughter and all my nephews. It was the best purchase has brought us much entertainment. I just want to change the swings for new ones and I don't know where I can get them."

Love it!
"Our 3 year old is in love with this in his backyard! We have a 3 year old and 6 months old twins- I’m sure we will get many years of use from this. I spend a lot of them researching which option to select as our yard is very small. This fits perfectly! Very happy! We did order a baby and toddler swing separately."

Good product but assembly problems
"It’s a great playground set when completed but lots of small problems with assembly. One of the bolt holes to assemble the tower simply was never drilled, so I eyeballed it and drilled it myself. Three of the other holes to connect the walls were so off center that I had to re-drill them for them to lineup enough to put it together. Additionally there was so much flashing from the injection molding process that all of the drainage holes in the floor of second levels were plugged (at least 20). As soon as I had the design figured out I took every piece to the Dremel tool before bothering to try assemble it, then it went a bit better. If you plan to assemble this yourself you need a power drill with a half inch drill bit and a half inch socket and a Dremel tool with an extension cord. Don’t forget to bring your patience."

Excellent and Easy
"I’m not the world’s greatest at assembling anything. But I’ve learned to make life easier by sorting the parts and this playset was easy to assemble and follow. Great quality. Easy delivery. Very happy with this purchase. It took me about 6 hours total."

Nice when built! Instructions are
"Nice when built! Instructions are awful. Thank god my husband can build anything and figured it out on his own. If you rely on instructions this won’t be easy. It doesn’t explain the parts well at all"

Terrible directions
"The directions for this are absolute trash. I can put together IKEA furniture with no problem, but these made me want to down my head into a wall."

Awful instructions
"The instructions and parts are HORRIBLE. As someone who suggested previously they should stamp and label parts along with labeling tag which end is which on the swing bar. We got the whole swingset set up and we’re going to attach the swing bar set and noticed it was wrong. We were missing parts, and my husband had to drill and expand previously drilled holes because they were not large enough. For as much as you pay for the swingset, it should be in perfect condition and it’s not."
