1991 was a great year. Michael Jordan was the MVP of the NBA, Michael Bolton’s “When a Man Loves a Woman” was a must on any mix tape, and we were introduced to “more power!” from Tim “the Toolman” Taylor on Home Improvement.
Another great event that happened that year is that Step2 was founded! We have grown over the years from staffing 5 employees to over 800 full time employees. We are proud to say that 4 of our original employees are still a part of our team today! Please join us in congratulating Frank Neff, Heather Bedillion, Sherry Albertson, and James Hart on their milestone! 
While style and product features have evolved over the years, quality and durability have remained superior! Help us celebrate our silver anniversary by taking a look at how far we have come!
Step2 play kitchens have evolved to mimic the style and realism of today’s trends. We’ve added electronic features like popcorn poppers, stove tops that “sizzle,” and coffee makers for added imaginative play.
We’ve added push cars to our line of products that have sleek, stylish lines, which emulate real sports cars.
Step2 easels continue to be a play area for multiple children to learn and grow. We’ve brightened the colors to become a focal point of the playroom.
Based on customer feedback over the years, Step2 climbers and slides now have a naturally playful look with colors that blend with natural landscapes.
Step2 playhouses remain a fun place to gather with siblings and friends. Over the years, we’ve added additional play spaces like benches and “fireplaces.”
Step2 art desks have remained special places where budding artists can draw, color and learn how to write. We’ve updated the colors over the years to match the color trends of today.
We are so proud of our accomplishments over the past 25 years and can’t wait to see where the next 25 years takes us!
