Corporate culture is a virtue that Smart Business Magazine and Alliance Solutions Group both value.
Smart Business Magazine is a publication that shares the stories of the nation’s top CEOs with a goal of providing insight and strategy to their readers to further their own careers. Alliance Solutions Group specializes in recruiting the best candidates for employers. This year, they partnered together to create the Smart Culture Award.

This award was presented to 28 businesses in Northeast Ohio who share this mission. Step2 and Backyard Discovery, under the new holding company name Step2 Discovery, LLC., are honored to be a recipient of this award. Awards were presented to the winning companies at the Smart Culture Conference on April 6, 2017.

Each month a Role Model Leadership award is given to an employee who has exhibited all six role model behaviors. With every employee striving to uphold the Role Model Leadership Behaviors, we have created a strong culture where employees can thrive and deliver results.
